I would like to stay in Cuba for 3 months. I want to take some spanish classes, do voluntary work and travelling.Is there any way I can prebook this or would I get in trouble when asking for a visa (which requires me to return in 28 days)? Can I get a different visa for this? If yes, can you help or do I need to go to the Embassy?

Yes you can prebook everything including Spanish lessons, accommodation, transfers and so on. You can actually stay up to 3 months in Cuba on a tourist Visa. Every 28 days you have to go to an inmigration office in Havana and pay 25.00 CUC to renew your Visa. For as long as you stay for 3 months you will be fine.
