How much is a taxi from Havana airport to Varadero

From Havana Airport to Varadero the only option you have is a transfer by road. It takes around 2 hours to go from Havana airport to Varadero. If you take a taxi from Havana airport it will cost you around 100.00 CUC (70.00 GBP, 120.00 USD). That is average. Officially it cost less about 70.00 CUC (50.00 GBP, 60.00 USD) but I have to warn you about this. You will have to haggle with the taxi driver or with the taxi company representative at Havana airport. The other way is to go by coach and it is of course cheaper. It will cost around 25.00 CUC per person and for this you will have to speak to a travel agency representative at the airport. I will always recommend booking your transfer either by coach or by taxi in advance. It is less stress and definitely is going to cost you less.
