Do you do fly drive holidays or are the tours all escorted? Can someone who has previously been banned in the UK (but has now got their licence back) drive a car legally in Cuba?

Yes we do Fly and Drive packages as well. You can pick up your car in Havana and drop it off at the other end of the Island. Then you can fly back to Havana. Regarding your driving license the answer is yes you can use your new driving license in Cuba.
