Can I use a stand by (open ticket) to go to Cuba?

We will not advise to use an open ticket to go to Cuba. The problem here is with the immigration authorities in Cuba. They will require some sort of proof that you are departing within the time allowed to stay in Cuba. Tourists are allowed to stay in Cuba for 90 days. They will require proroguing their tourist Visa locally. The tourist Visa is valid for 28 days.
